Dear Eileen, I'm so sorry that you were unhappy with the arrangement, I truly wish you would have called us so that we could have tried to make you happy. I found the order in question and when Just flowers gave us the order, they did not tell us you had picked out a picture, and they do this often making us look bad to the consumer. The only instructions we were given was to make it pink, purple, and white. I looked up the arrangement you wanted and it was white daisies and pink carnations in a purple basket so I'm sure you are correct and that it didn't look like what you wanted. Also, Just Flowers and many companies like that have extra fees they charge. We were only given $45 for the flowers. Because of their practices, we no longer take orders from Just Flowers. I'm sorry that you weren't happy and if you would have ordered from us directly, you would have know that we have a 100% guarantee on all work. I hope that this doesn't discourage you from purchasing flowers again, all we ask is that you contact any flower shop directly. This is the best way to ensure the best price and you get what you desire. Once again, I am sorry we did not deliver what you wanted and wish you the best. Regards
