There is not a single thing that I do not love about my H-E-B. Everyone is so nice and it's always clean. I can get all of my healthy foods and cheaper diapers than anywhere else in town.

I had a horrible experience last time I went with my baby. When I went to pay in the express line. One was really slow, the other cashier had her area open but she was too busy having a conversation with the other cashier and customers. She ignored me and my baby and after 10 minutes she decided to go and help other customer approaching the area. NO ME. I had to complained with my cashier and she put my stuff at the other ladies place after she was done with 2 people. I told her if she did not see me or why she was being so rude to me. NO ANSWER, NO APOLOGY. I wish there was a manager around to complain. I just moved with my family from NC to TX and this location is really convenient for us. I was SAD and very disappointed . Something I really miss about NC stores is how amazing and polite are the employes.

This store has always been the most friendliest, efficient, and cleaniest in the area ,customer service friendly ,until the hiring of the new service mgr.She has no knowledge of what is takes to satisfy the customers.She does not smile at all, responds to a complaint with an attitude and has problems with reasoning with customers that has a problem.She is so rude as opposed to Mr. Johnson and Mrs. Natosha.They try extremely hard to help customers get what they need and resolves issues in a very pleasant manner.Please give the service mgr( I think her name is Andrea) some more trainigs, if not, this wonderful store will be destroyed !!! Just a concerned customer
