At Houston Health and Wellness Center, our number one goal is to bring true health and wellness to those who desire it. Our patients individual program will be designed to support the underlying causes of their chronic symptoms and/or conditions as opposed to traditional medicines model of just treating symptoms.Our Peak Lifestyle Wellness Program is a two person job; we evaluate our patients health needs and we are here every step of the way. We provide weekly meetings to discuss the short and long-term goals of our clients and how we can help them meet those goals. We focus on our client's health goals and help their bodies function at the optimal level.

Houston Health and Wellness Center has developed a Peak Lifestyle Wellness Program to aid clients in their goal to live healthy, abundant lives. The program uses Five Pillars of Health as the foundation for clients to achieve their personal health goals. Tailored to each individual, the Peak Lifestyle Wellness Program is designed to improve energy, vitality, digestion, sleeping habits, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, hormonal imbalances, and overall personal well-being. Anyone interested in becoming a part of the program must get a Wellness and Health Cconsultation. In the consultation, Dr. Fennelly will all aspects of your health and lifestyle to see how to get you to your goals. This consultation is used to evaluate whether clients are candidates for the Peak Lifestyle Wellness Program. We also offer chiropractic and massage services for those who desire natural healing.
