Absolutely wonderful! My daughter's dress was 2 sizes too big. When she was finished it fit her perfectly! And did it all in 5 days! we will be back for sure!

I brought my wedding dress to be altered, hemmed, and get a bustle added. Jane did a wonderful job adding designs to the dress and fixed anything I wanted adjusted in a timely fashion. She also recommended I get a petticoat to make the bottom part of my dress fuller. I would highly recommend Jane if you need alterations.

I would like to tag a response to Richard's comment. There are always two sides of the story.

That being said, Jane is an expert at what she does. She took a picture of my ideal bridal gown and created a masterpiece. Unlike all the purposed seamstresses, Jane created it without a pattern. She did it in a reasonable timeframe in several fittings to get a custom fit. She listened to my concerns and suggestions and, despite the language and cultural differences. If you want a final product from an expert seamstress Jane is your lady.

My fiancée went to pickup her dress today. She dropped it off over a week ago for alterations. She was told that it would be ready by 10AM. The dress was not touched at all during the time it was there. When asked why the dress wasn't altered at all the woman's response was that she had been busy all week. The woman then told my fiancée that she would have to come back tomorrow. My fiancée informed her that it was impossible, the wedding is in 3 days, and she has other errands to run tomorrow that she cannot reschedule. My fiancée returned later to see that the job was rushed, of course, and asked to make corrections after each fitting. The woman became obviously frustrated, and told my fiancée that what she wanted was "too much". My fiancée reminded her that she had a week to work on the dress. That's when the woman actually threw the dress at my fiancée, and told her to get out of the store.



This obvious lack of professionalism, and punctuality to complete a job is an excellent reflection on the type of service you might expect if you wish to have alterations done here. I would not recommend this store so that you also would not miss important deadlines, or treated with such blatant disrespect.
