Flowers purchased here are a rip off. Purchased flowers for neighbor, funeral, and wife and they were very small arrangements that are not what was shown in the Teleflora website. They charge a outrageous price and do nothing to help resolve the problem. Told them to put my order on credit card, they charged one arrangement then sent me a bill with late fees for the remainder of the order. Management here has changed and they are no longer customer oriented. YOU WILL BE HUGELY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is AWFUL! Instead of calling me and telling me they didn't have the flowers to make the arragement I selected online, and give the the chance to change my order, they added what they had and it looked awful! When I called and complained they said they would "go pick up the arrangement and cancel the order"! They were going to go to my Cousin and TAKE HER BIRTHDAY FLOWERS AWAY! They didn't appologize or offer a discount, they were simply going to go and take them back. AWFUL customer service and AWFUL arrangements! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

We needed flowers for a dear friend's funeral and wanted them to be just exactly what we saw on the Teleflora main site--no substitutions, no old flowers, no skimping. We were more than pleased when we saw them at the mortuary. The colors were exactly what Margie at F by F said they would be, they were extremely fresh, they were arranged beautifully, and there were more flowers than we agreed on, making the arrangement absolutely lush. To top that off, two days later we were given the arrangement to take home, which is normally a three hour trip. Including three two-hour stops with the windows rolled up (65 degrees F outside, ? degrees F inside) they were in the car from noon Sun until 9 a.m. Mon. AND THEY STILL LOOK GOOD! We honestly could not have been happier with Flowers by Florence's product.
