This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had dealing with any auto related shop. I purchased a Groupon and it said to call and make and appointment. Well I called dozens of times the first day and no one ever answered and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. Finally the second day after half a dozen calls unanswered a guy calls me back and says someone called him and wants to know who and why. I explained about my Groupon and wanting an appointment for my oil change. I also let him know that the voicemail was full and his response was oh yea I know. So the next day comes and I show up for my appointment on the dot. The lights are on and it's during the business hours posted on the door but the door is locked. I knock and jiggle the door and call on the phone of course with no answer. So I walk around to the back and find a few guys and ask if they work for Tune and Lube. The "manager" glances at me and says yea why. I said I had an appointment and I've been waiting out front and he says for how long. I said ten minutes at this point and he goes no you haven't I was just out there that's impossible. Meanwhile the shop owner next door was with me the whole time so he vouched for me. So now the manager is back to ignoring me. I said I have an appointment, and he say not anymore. I said excuse me and he told me that they had gotten more important work in so my appointment was cancelled plus they have two managers and I was talking to the other one so my appointment didn't matter to him. I said seriously? Where you going to even call and tell me my appointment was cancelled and he said no this was more important and went back to ignoring me. NEVER buy the Groupon, NEVER go here for anything ever. He was RUDE, couldn't have cared less about the money I had already paid or me as a customer because my job wasn't worth as much to him so he couldn't be bothered. TELL EVERYONE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Regular oil change price is good but like every bussines they will try to sell you something else just be aware of "nails "
Not sure if they just found one in my tire or new guys have a way to made extra cash
Only 10$ not show at sells ticket just made me think.

This guy Jose is So rude. Has no knowledge of what he s talking about . Had to take my car back 4 times for same problem always charged me something else but problem persisted . Finally used a different place and problem was fixed correctly for only 230. Jose charged me a total of 1467.00 and it was a lie nothing was fixed . I have never encountered such a scam of a business

I have never met such nice people at a car shop in my life. I called around the area and they were the cheapest for an oil change. They were even ten dollars cheaper that the Shell place just right next door. They rotated my tires, changed my oil and my air filter for under $60 dollars and they didn't pressure me to buy anything. They also gave me a full overview on my break pads and belts.
