I was referred by my family dentist. He felt going to a denture specialist was best. I was also referred to Dr. Doug Klein for the extractions. My new dentures are beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. Some difficulties wearing my full lower but, Dr. Klein(my oral surgeon) assured me this was normal and will be ok once my implants are placed in about 4 more months. I was very apprehensive about taking this major step but, being in such competent hands has made the process much easier. Thanks for your complete commitment to all of your patients. They are terrific! These are my third set; fourth upper. Had no idea dentures could be made to fit so well. My lower plate had always been a problem for me but this time around, I had two implants placed this time by First Choice's partner Dr. Skavdahl. Both of these men are the top professionals in every sense. I will admit I was a little skeptical about the implant cost but, Dr. Skavdahl said that if I do my job of keeping them clean and go to the hygienist semi-annually, I will keep them for the rest of my life. All I can do is say a sincere THANK YOU! By the way, I write on my way back from Wildhorse Casino in Pendleton. The Mrs. and I enjoyed an excellent steak dinner at the Texas Road House earlier tonight before going to the casino. Probably worth mentioning my wife also went to Joseph Vize at First Choice for her upper denture too. This is where I found first choice denture service so I wanted to come back to share my great experience with this outfit. I had my upper partial denture very badly broken. I took it to Dr. Andelin's office and was told "it can not be fixed". They said it was too badly broken and told me they could make me a new one for about $2,200. So, I got my i pad out to see who else could fix a partial bridge. I took it to first choice and and hour and a half later it was fixed. They too recommended a new partial but, their fee was only $1,100. These guys will always have my business. BTW-real nice receptionist there too. ---Roger Simms Pasco, WA

I went to First Choice Denture because I was having trouble with my lower denture floating around when I tried to eat and was generally uncomfortable with it. I went to my dentist who originally made the teeth and he recommend a lower reline which I agreed to. Since there was little or no improvement, I decided to seek some advice elsewhere. I went to one office in Kennewick who recommended that I have new dentures made and implants upper and lower. The cost for their recommended work far exceeded my budget. This is when I got an appointment at First Choice. They advised me that my problem with my lower denture was due to my flat lower gums. Their advice was to have lower implants placed since I was only having a problem with the lower teeth. This made sense. This was not however, why I took First Choice's advice. The main reason was, he told me that he could "retro-fit" my exsisting denture by upgrading them to work with the implants. By eliminating the additional cost of having new dentures made, the implant surgery was now within reach financially. I was referred to an Oral Surgeon (Dr. Cooper) who did an excellent job placing four implants in my lower jaw. First Choice retro-fitted my lower denture a couple months later. Now my lower denture fits great and I do not suffer with all the problems I put up with for over twenty years. If only I had gone in sooner! I am so glad I went to First Choice Denture service and Dr. Cooper. Truly one of the best investments I have made in myself. If you are having trouble with your dentures, this is the only place to go. If they had not given me the option of getting only lower implants and working with my exsisting dentures, I would not have been able to afford it and I would still be suffering now. THANK YOU!!!
