If I were able to give this review no stars, I would. Not only is the owner a total jerk to his staff (heard him yelling at them in an inconsiderate manner) he is disrespectful to his customers! You need me buddy, I don't need you. I also found out that he has less than honest business practices. I want an agent I can trust with my companies safety, not someone who's integrity I question! Steer clear of them, you'll be better off for it.
