This place is horrible! I left my dog here last minute and the moment I walked in, I knew it was a mistake. The place is disgusting. First you notice a bunch of papers all over everything, even the floor. Looked like it hadn't been swept or dusted in about a year. The kennels were very dirty. I felt horrible leaving my dog there. When we went to pick her up, my normally hyper and happy dog walked out of the kennel with her head down and filthy. I didn't expect her to be bathed, but she smelt like feces. She started whining and conitued to whine for the next 15 minutes in the car. All night she whined and whined. The next day, I noticed a tick on her ear. I searched the rest of her body and found a total of 11 ticks. Most were between her toes. I understand it is kind of like a child at a daycare or school, viruses get passed around and so do lice.. but she should have kept that kennel clean, sprayed the yard a bit and just make the place welcoming. Its really a hell hole.

I have stayed here a few times when we have to go out of town. Eithier person that has waited on me or my husband has been very nice. Yes they wear just regular clothes,but i dom't see the harm since they are working w/ dogs. They play w/ my dogs and even havea pool for them to get into. Every time I have been there the place was clean and some one was clean something at the time. My dogs get very excited when we tell them we are taken a trip,so it is relaxing to know that your dog is cared for while you are away. We go out of town at least 5 times a year..so yes I do tell everyone i know about this place,so for choice.
