Visited this place many a time during trips to P'cola for birthdays, anniversaries. Romantic, quiet, good service. Nice place to go for desert if you don't want to run the lengthy dinner gamut that a melting pot experience can entail.I will say that on a number of occassions, the heating element for the cooking pots never got quite to a nice frying temp. This made for several disappointing dinners. I will say that the management responded to my written complaint and made it right. I understand they are in a new location, and I would try them again because of their willingness to improve service. It does pay to give constructive feedback, not just fuss and complain for tantrum's sake. Most intelligent managers know that the vast majority of those who are unhappy won't bother complaining......they just won't go back again. If you aren't sure about this place, I recommend going for appetizer or desert first. You might like it.
