The chips were warm and crisp. The salsa had a nice light flavor of cilantro and had finely chopped tomatoes and onion. The Iced Tea was cold, refreshing and tasted fresh brewed. The Beef Fajitas were delicious. The vegetables were lightly sauteed and remained slightly crisp. The beef was tender, flavorful and the portion was quite ample, accompanied by sour cream, guacamole and chopped tomatoes. The rice was dry, the beans creamy and they added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The Burrito Fundido was filled with shredded beef which was very moist. The creamy cheese sauce was slightly spicy and covered the burrito well. The rice and beans were also quite delicious. The Fried Ice Cream was a great end to a delicious meal. The ice cream had a crunchy shell and was drizzled with fresh honey. There was plenty of fresh whipped cream on top. The entire meal from start to finish was both delicious and very satisfying.
The Mini Appetizer Entree was wonderful and filling. The Mini Tacos, Flautas and Chimi's were filled with chicken. The Mini Tostada's were crisp and loaded with beans, cheese and lettuce. The Pollo Fundido was very tasty. It was filled with a spicy juicy chicken mixture wrapped in a flour tortilla and deep fried. It was served with rice and beans. The Chocolate Cheesecake Chimi was great. It was a chocolate flour tortilla wrapped around a smooth cheesecake filling, then deep fried. The Cheesecake Chimi was drizzled with honey and served with whipped cream. Yum!

The Raspberry Iced Tea was very tasty. The chips were delicious. They were thin and crisp, slightly salty and really hit the spot. The salsa was fresh with just a bit of spice, just right! The Chicken Enchilada was served very hot on a hot plate. The beans and rice and the enchilada itself were all delicious. The Chicken Chimichanga was crispy with fresh guacamole and sour cream on top along with fresh cut lettuce and tomatoes. Everything tasted very fresh. The Deep Fried Ice Cream was flaky on the outside and the ice cream inside was solid and creamy. The caramel sauce made the dessert very sweet. The coffee was just the right strength to cut the sweet dessert and it was hot and steamy. All in all the food was delicious from beginning to end. We would definitely return to this Top Shelf. The food was delicious and the service was also very good.
