I hired this company for mold abatement. Read every line of their contract. Although their contract was four pages long it only addressed the removal of mold affected materials and did not address mold cleanup, which doubled their original estimate if the customer wanted the whole process from start to finish. Their employee cut electrical wiring during the process and called in an electrician who is "very reasonable" to fix the problem. For less than an hours' time the electrician charged me $300. When the Keller employee needed a board to cover a gap he purchased a $13 piece of chip board and added $95 onto my bill for the board. I hired this company on the premise that they are competitive in the market, but charges added after the contract was signed made the process very expensive.
