      Therapy Choice is an in-home physical & occupational therapy service provider for geriatric patients located in Southern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks, Pennsylvania. Therapy Choice works closely with primary care physicians, concierge medicine practices, local hospital systems, the Veterans Administration Hospital and its affiliates, home health agencies, adult day centers, and assisted living homes to provide exceptional outpatient physical and occupational therapy services to the geriatric community in their homes.
