I believe the doctor is very good at his craft - BUT - his office personnel are a disaster. They do not schedule test as directed by the doctor or return phone messages. They don't record appointments they give you. How the doctor manages to have patients is beyond me. I've been trying for 3 months for them to schedule a test at the hospital to no avail. When I call about it they are on answering machine, but do not return calls. Even when you do get to speak to someone - they still don't schedule the test. I'm being treated for possible Prostrate Cancer. Sad, very sad. I don't know if he is aware of the terrible job they are doing for him.
