What an amazing experience with V.I. Auto Repair company! The first auto shop I took my 99 GMC Safari van to was honest in advising me that despite their many efforts, I should take it to a GM dealer. I knew that wouldn't work because they cost about $110-$120/hr plus parts. Praise God I made a few phone calls and found that not only was VI Auto reasonable with their rates ($80/hr) but that had two mechanics with GM certification. I had the vehicle towed there. I had three major issues that I was guessing would cost me a $1000 or more. The ac needed to be fixed, I had an electrical issue and my hatch window was broken. Not only did they fix all the repairs for a fraction of what I expected, but they did it so quickly! I would be pleased to be a reference for them. I highly recommend this shop! As a single female mom who is used to getting taken advantage of, These guys not only brought me out to their shop to show me what was wrong,they explained everything so i could understand it all. They let me decide what i wanted to repair and advised me on what if any where safety items to repair. Kris went above and beyond with courtesy, professionalism, and patience with his knowledge to make me feel like i was number one! i have been stuck and he has his cell phone number for me to call him night or day to help answer my questions or send a tow truck out and a courtesy driver to get me to work ontime. i have never felt more comfortable at a repair shop! You absolutely have to use this repair facility-they will save you a fortune, and get the job done professionally. i cant say enough great things about how this company is and the peace of mind i have knowing i will NEVER be taken advantage of AGAIN!!!
