Victorias bridal is the best place I have been too and I went all over Phoenix they have beautiful dresses decorations pretty much everything for your event needs and the best pricing by far!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone

I am not even going to give a star. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The owner is rude, she isn't professional. We bought a very expensive Quinceanera dress and it was given to us in a trashbag that didn't even cover the entire dress which was white by the way. We also paid for alterations and once the dress came in, she told us it's it's ready. She did no alterations to it. She said we didn't pay for alterations which was clearly written on the receipt. Then we went in there calmly to ask her to do the alterations we asked for. She started getting loud and getting an attitude and told us we can just sew it ourselves. Which we felt was very unprofessional. This all happend a week before the event. Eventually she fixed it. Then we returned the petticoat we rented and she was arguing about giving us our deposit back. I'm sorry, but she should not be treating customers like that. I'm stil shocked she is still in business!

NEVER EVER!!!!! Use this place, worst quality product you have a better chance at a costume shop. WORST I REPEAT WORST customer service. They are VERY rude. They will never give back your deposit and the tux was 6 sizes too big for my son
