I wish it was possible to give a negative - star rating!! We ordered a stone for my daughters grave in February 2016 and here we are today February 2017 and still NO stone on her grave. They didn't even complete the engraving August 2016. The church laid the foundation but still no grave stone. They don't return calls. Every time I want an update I must physically go in person. Once again they gave me assurances the stone would be placed on February 23. I am hoping they ment this year. I have reported them to the BBB. I have copies of bills and recording to give lawyers to sue them.

These people are an outright outrage. They have the worst service of any business I have ever come across. Their lies, constant excuses, delays, and horrible judgement is too much. When dealing with the loss of a loved one and their failure to accommodate the needs of family in a timely manner is inexcusable. Never have I came across a business that simply is not interested in doing business to their benefit. They would rather wallow in miserable lies than procur a profitable business. Stay away from this company

All good things take time and endless effort. My Father's stone did, but, in the end, turned out wonderful and worth the wait. We were very pleased with PMW. Years ago our family dealth with them and had good results. Michael's dad would be very prowd that his son is doing an exceptional job with his legacy. His talent and caring (Lynn, too) shows. Kudos to both and thanks!

Thank you Michael and Lynn for helping me choose a fitting memorial for my late husband and me. Michael, you truly are a skilled craftsman. The work you did is perfection. The roses match my parents' stone and my darling husband would be so pleased with the Irish touch you added. You've been in business a long time and your excellent work certainly proves that. Lynn, your bubbly personality and kindness helped make a difficult period in my life that little bit easier. My gratitude to Phoenixville Memorial for providing us a beautiful and lasting monument.

Horrible and lie to customers constantly.Phoenixville Memorial Works used to be a good business and my extended family used it for years. Now all I can tell anyone is to avoid it at all costs. The only way to eventually get any service from them now is through threatening to expose them. In 2001 I made a downpayment to have a base added to a tombstone, which we purchased from them about 10 years earlier. Immediately after my mother's death in 2008 I contacted them to add her death date to her tombstone, which had been purchased many years earlier from this company. Finally after repeated calls and constant excuses as to why the work was not done, in the Summer of 2009 I sent them a certified letter stating that my next step was Mont. Co Consumer Protection. I immediately received a phone call from them and both jobs were completed in under 10 days. They will never receive my family's business again.

I absolutely cannot recommend Phoenixville Memorial Works. We had too many problems and, when you are dealing with a loss, you expect compassion, empathy, respect and, most of all, competency.
