      Founded in 1975, Alma Family Services is a privately owned and multiservice organization that provides helping services to individuals and families with emotional, physical and developmental disabilities. The organization aims at advocating for the rights and responsibilities of individuals and works with businesses and civic associations and local, state and federal officials to support individuals with special needs. Alma Family Services also provides developmental disabilities solutions that include mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and autism. The organization also provides Behavioral health services such as mental health counseling and support to children, adolescents, adults and their families who are experiencing significant emotional problems. It is headquartered in Pico Rivera, Calif.
