They even educated on my own insurance carrier, I always thought my hmo insurance was like a traditional insurance where they send in a claim after each visit. No, my insurance is a reduced fee schedule that they go by. My insurance company only covers the LEASET COST ALTERNATIVE and the better quality is optional to me. No one has ever explained that to me and showed me where it was in my plan book, they have tought me to read the fine black print in my plan book. I always thought dentist were crooks untill I went to this office. They gave me different options and I chose what was good for my financial benefit. I would recommend them to friends n family. They are really down to earth and helpful.
