Terrible place. We made our reservation for 3 days weeks in advance. When we arrived and we were assigned totally unaceptable room. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled terrible. There was no refrigerator as designated on our AAA reservation confirmation. The room was filthy. We choose not to stay. But because our reservation was for three days they charged us over $160.00. They are not under corporate management nor a member of the Better Business Bureau nor are they AAA approved so we are just stuck for $160.00

I stayed in room 114 for about a month due to personal issues and this is what I could afford. I tell you it was a horrible experience. The rooms were filthy and wet and stunk of smoke. I had to change from 110 to 114 after just a couple of days due to constant wet floor. So then my next room was loaded with sugar ants and I was just getting ready to leave at the end of the week due to all of the drugs, violence, partying, escorts, fights and so on... well I woke up and saw blood by my pillow and when I took a closer look I discovered an engorged bed but lying there... Yep bed bug! I checked out promptly and was given an attitude as if it was my fault and almost didn't get my money owed to me for the rest of the week. Come to find out the room right next to me #112 was infested and closed due to bed bugs which I confirmed this with the staff. Nice! They offered to move me which would only transfer the bugs from my room to the other! Don't stay here ever!
