Mr. Whang has been doing my laundry/alterations for many years and has always been professional and nice to me! I even get to practice my Korean I learned in the Air Force while stationed there - Chal Hashesshoyo WhangShi! (Well done Mr. Whang!)

Up until recently, I enjoyed taking my clothes to Mr. Whang for laundering and tailoring services. However, Mr. Whang has demonstrated his inability to engage in proper customer service. I had an issue with a garment that he did some work on and instead of trying to rectify the issue, he was very dismissive. This was quite shocking to me as I had never experienced this behavior from him before. Needless to say, he will never receive my business again.
