The Slow Hand Way... We slowly smoke our meats over oak logs, this is our spice, seasoning the meat through to each bite and giving it that true smoke taste and aroma. It s what great BBQ is all about. We make our sauces from scratch (although we feel you don t really need sauce). Our food is served family style on a tray of butcher paper, grab a fork and dig in or use the plates provided on the table if you d rather enjoy the goodness all to yourself.
