Jesse & Jim were professional for the minute they arrived. I had a failed compressor that they would have gladly fixed for a few $....but knowing that the unit was 20+ years old....We decided now was the time to replace the entire unit.

Caleb Becker was very professional and friendly. He was punctual. Caleb was considerate as to my condo. He wore covers on his shoes and cleaned up when he was done. He also explained to me what was going on with my air conditioner.

Ryan was great! He is obviously very expert in what he does and can communicate in very clear terms exactly what he finds. He had come to do an efficiency report on our two furnaces. He found that one was working effectiently with the correct air pressure; the other had leakage that was affecting how hard the furnace worked and the amount we pay PG&E in the winter month when we use the furnace more. I recommend Ryan and Service Champions for the high care they provide. We have been with them for over six years and have never been disappointed.

David S and Jordon provided excellent maintenance of our two furnaces that we had had installed 6 years ago by Service Champions. They were thorough in their work, explained everything with clarity, and were careful and clean. It was a pleasure working with them.

David arrived on time, explained my order and exactly what he was going to do. No surprises. Prompt, efficient and courteous. This is the second time we used Service Champions for inspections and every time I am impressed by their politeness, knowledge, thoroughness and the excellent quality of their work whenever something has needed attention. This last inspection was done by Steven Corsaro, a wonderful gentleman who took his time to explain everything he was going to do and what he found in detail, pointed out what can wait versus what needs attention, and answered all of my questions competently and quickly. Miles did a really good job with the heat/air conditioner service checkup. He even cleaned the air filter, which I always seem to forget. Really nice job. Thank you so much Miles.
