Let's review...1. Overpriced, 2. small portions and 3. an absolutely clueless manager and 4. feels like a diner. Some of the dishes are unique and tasty, but quality is NOT consistent and when my family has experienced any problem, the manager has made the situation worse. The first time we visited, no one was at the hostess stand. Servers walked by and took no notice that we waiting for more than ten minutes. We then realized that the person who had been talking to one of the parties already seated was the hostess. After we were seated, I asked to speak with the manager. I wanted to mention that I would normally have walked out after waiting so long. I was unpleasantly surprised when the "hostess" came to our table and introduced herself as the "general manager", I knew my comment would be pointless. The manager then sat at the bar and ate some soup. What kind of message does this send to the staff let alone the customer? Later the manager began her "run" through the dining room. At every table she repeated exactly the same message, "Hi, how was everything? Fine? Oh, good? I believe her goal was speed. Each table received only 20 seconds of her attention. Maybe she was in a hurry to get back to her seat at the bar to order her second course. My last visit was so outrageously bad in terms of customer service, I promised my family we would not return.
