I've been seriously training for 6 years and just started working out with Vickie. I find her incredibly professional and extremely conscientious! Her workouts are well thought-out and I can tell she’s done her homework to ensure I get the most from each of our 40 minute sessions. The verification has been my near instant results! Not only have I received several compliments on my thinner shape but I feel sharper and enthused! If you’re looking for a trainer who will spend the time to customize each workout for maximum results, Vickie is your best bet by far!

I have been working out with Vickie for the past several weeks. I can truly say that Vickie has so much passion for her job and truly cares for your personal fitness needs. She is very dedicated to her clients and truly wants to make sure you reach your full potential. Vickie spends time upfront understanding your short and long term goals so that she can design a program specifically for you. She prepares in advance and structures your weekly workouts to push you to the next level. I have worked out for many years and throughout these years, have worked with several personal trainers. I have never felt as comfortable with them as I do with Vickie. Vickie has done an outstanding job in taking me to the next level. It also helps me keep my commitment to myself by training on a weekly basis with Vickie. If you are thinking about personal training, I would highly recommend Vickie…she is awesome.

Vickie has a passion for fitness and helping others at all fitness levels. Her passion shows in the level of preparation she puts into her client's workouts, her desire to stay current on fitness trends and best practices and her desire to help her clients reach their goals.
