If you love your dog PLEASE DO NOT take him/her to this groomer.. we had the WORST experience ever.. I decided to use this groomer based on the good reviews and the fact that when I called they sounded nice, they told me they do not caged the animals, that they were a family owned business and that Maria and her husband operated the business together, everything sounded great so I decided to use them, BIG MISTAKE!I took my 8pd morkie there to get a puppy cut, when I picked up my dog he didnt look that great, the puppy cut looked different, and my dog was very calm/sad looking, he usually is very playful and happy, I should have known something was wrong but I was in a hurry since I was late to work and my boyfriend was waiting for me in the car, so I didn't think anything of it. I paid Maria for the grooming, while my dog was on the floor with the others.I didn't notice much until I brought him home and my boyfriend checked him, the do was exhausted as you can see in the pics, he had clipper burns on his neck, his nails were cut so short it look like he had bled from them, he licked them for 4 days, the haircut was horrible as you can see in the photos that I posted and the worst part was that my dog who is a very happy dog was extremely sad for 3 days.. 20 minutes after leaving I contacted Maria via text and sent her photos of my dog and let her know that we were not happy with the haircut and about the nails and clipper rash, the worst part about this was that she did not reply to any of my texts, and over a week later I still have not heard from her, no apology, NOTHING..A responsible Groomer would've called me and been concerned about my dog, but this woman just ignored my texts.. this makes me wonder if some of these reviews on here are fake because I'm sure we're not the first people that this has happens to.These people are in it for the money, they don't care about the animals, it's obvious I think she should be more compassionate and do a better job grooming the animals, maybe go back to grooming school because she literally butchered my dog. PLEASE don't be a fool like me and trust these people,I love my baby and I feel guilty that I took my dog to a place like this to have someone hurt him this way, because god only knows how they treated him there. Maria and Kirk are the kindest, most amazing people with authentic love and compassion for dogs. I exclusively rely on them to groom AND board our two Yorkies, Rocky and Lucy. After we moved to Plantation, I continued to drive them 40 minutes each way to Pup E Cutz because they are so well cared for and loved there. I have complete peace of mind when Rocky and Lucy are with Maria and Kirk. They are the ONLY people who take our dogs home with them at night and love them like their own. Where else can you find such priceless peace of mind?? Pup E Cutz is our second home! Maria is a true dog whisperer-something funny happens when I walk into her shop. The dogs there are no longer dogs-they seem to transform into furry people with their own distinct personalities! It is truly entertaining and hilarious at times. Dog behavior problems are never a problem for Maria-she always knows how to handle problematic behaviors in the kindest of ways. In fact, we often joke that Rocky and Lucy come home from Maria and Kirk's place better behaved and happier than they were when we dropped them off! I recommend Maria and Kirk to all of my friends because they are truly one in a billion! Pup E Cutz is a top notch business, and Maria and Kirk are a gift.

We wouldn't go anywhere but Pupe Cutz. We've taken our babies there for at least 8 years. Maria is so loving with all the animals and takes her time with each and every pet as if it were hers. Maria also gives back to her community by participating in local charities that help her clients causes. Sonic, Lilly and our family recommend Pupe Cutz to everyone!

This is probabably the most disorganized and nasty "grooming" place in Ft Lauderdale. First, the dogs are everywhere walking all around the tiny area. Only a few cages for small dogs. As soon as I came in I almost fell down with dog pee all over the floor!! The front door was broken nor can you enter since they had 6 dogs at the front door waiting to be groomed. Then, in the area where they cut the hair they had another 5 dogs. One of them was a rescue dog with a terrible allergy on his face and was allowed around all other dogs. Workers there and the owner were unfriendly plus the co-owner called Maria acted like this was a 5 star spa for dogs and wanted to charge $75 for grooming a 5 month old golden doodle at that this dirty facility.
This place is really far from being a nice, clean and safe place for dogs. They shouldn't even have a license to work!! Also, be aware they do receive dogs that are not neutered and they mix them all with no kennels or separation. My puppy almost escaped through the door because of lack of space and disorganization. They had so many dogs they couldnt tell me how long was the wait or what their services consisted of....
I wouldnt pay not even $10 for a grooming at this place. Be aware!!

I love Maria! I've been taking my dogs to her for 10 years and would never go to anyone else.... she's the best!!
