First time I went there, the wait was 30 mins, for 5 doubles. The doubles was soggy and bland to taste....cheap on the tamarind sauce too!



I decided to give them a second try, with a different order, I ordered 3 veg entrée with dhalpurie ; Wait was bout 45 mins, they didn't add the potaoes to our channa and pumpkin as the order says, but food was decent this time.



Third time ordering now, I ordered the same 3 entrees with dhalpurie, when I get my food home, after a 45 minute wait, the entrees were missing channa, just bland curry potato and was not in the nice size containers as before but wrapped in the roti,



what is worse is that it was half a pot spoon or rather a tablespoon size of food in each, granted I paid $6.00 each for an entree!!! they added some watered down sauce that I could not use.



I was ripped off once again!! Very disappointed with their service. I communicated with them and they still mess up the orders and act nonchalant....... Very Unprofessional; they need to go back to business 101, Hire better cooks, that can flavor the food right and consistently give proper meal proportions, service a lil quicker and also someone hospitable upfront that can communicate and take orders properly.



They could also add some music and a bathroom sign, after all you bound to use it after the long boring wait. At first I was really excited to dine here but all I can think now is; YUCK!!!!!! I will not, I repeat, I WILL NOT waste no more of my money nor time on this Mama's roti shop (PSL area) again!!!!

Although the food is delicious it took way too long to reach the table. After 20 minutes of waiting, we were told that a dish we ordered was not available. There is definitely a lack of communication with the staff. The walls are naked and could use some pictures. It's not clear if it's take out only or dine in also. We were not asked and wanted to dine in but got our food to go. A little music would have made the 45 minute wait a little easier. All in all we would definitely go back but would order at least one hour before getting there. Good luck to your business ����
