I only had two visits to this dentist place and it's the glisan location. First call, I scheduled an appointment and the earliest available was for 2 months. I went ahead and scheduled my first visit. When I came in, my teeth were examined and only an xray was done. The Doctor explained the procedure and spent a few minutes discussing about a next visit and what he was planning on doing. I was excited to finally get my teeth fixed because I can't eat many things because of cavities and the doctor decided he'll reschedule me for an extraction. We discussed ordering me a set of dentures and the time process,etc. And of course I already knew which teeth were needing to be extract and I knew that this would include my two front teeth so, the procedure would leave me without my teeth on the front for two weeks. I just hated the fact that I'll have to do this sooner or later, that I won't smile for the two weeks around people. But I went ahead and agreed with this procedure. Everything went fine until the day of my extraction. It was a nightmare!! Six of my teeth were extracted and I had blood running down my shirt afterwards. The dental assistant did not offer to reschedule my appointment and the doctor and I had already discussed that my dentures will be put in in two weeks when my gums heal. I figured I could call and schedule my appointment later when I could speak clearly. I had my wife call in and the receptionist was really rude! Oh she gave my wife a hard time and refused to assist her stating that only I could schedule my appointment even after my wife explained that I can't talk because I just got my teeth pulled but she did not care. So I finally called in three days later and I was extremely aggravated after the fact that the soonest date they could take me would be another 2 1\2 months later and there's nothing they could do. It's either the doctor lied to me or the receptionist tried to tell me that a hygiene visit is required prior to getting dentures. I was pretty disappointed but oh wells I said. So now I'm waiting a long 2 1/2 months without my teeth just for a cleansing appointment...
