This Motel is located on SE Portland, it could be loud sometime but its nice clean place. I stayed at the motel thru Red-Cross voucher program. At first I wasnt too happy about the location but once I got there & show the rooms & service its was worth it. In room I had Fridge/Microware & 70 CH-Cable TV w/ HBO. Housekeeper gives service daily (unlike other palaces). I would recommend this place.

There is much to do in Best Value Inns and location within minutes of Downtown expands the potential of exploring Portland. Other near attractions include Mall 205 & Clackamas town center.

Very nice, newly-remodeled roomsThe rooms are newly remodeled and very clean, reasonably sized bathroom: A fridge and microwave are also included Even though the hotel is by two major roads, the walls facing the roads are quite thick, so the road noise is greatly diminished (the rooms have windows facing the parking lot). The floor in our second floor room had several squeaks when walking, so be sure to request a second floor room (to avoid hearing the squeaks in a first floor room). They have Tik-Tok restaurant thats open 24/7 Breakfast is chip! Wireless internet is available in the rooms Local newspaper is available at the front desk,. Airport is close by and on-site parking is available if youre flying out of Portland. Very good, moderately priced, budget motel.
