I appreciate the thoroughness of information provided at the initial consultation. It is the policy of this firm to always has at least two lawyers present when they first meet with you. I had the pleasure of meeting Adam and Jill. As they explain it, they want you to have an opportunity to meet the people who will be working for you, and they want you to have at least two opinions about your case. At the initial meeting, they listened, took lots of notes, and provided me with SO MUCH information. I have met with lawyers in the past, but never have they felt so approachable. I'm glad I brought a paper and pen, because I learned things about the court process that have always been a mystery to me. Although I fortunately did not end up needing to hire a lawyer, I certainly received great advice. I definitely will go back to Brittle & Brittle if necessary. Great job on the customer service!

I think that I would have liked this firm better if Adam wasn't so condescending. I understand that he knows more than me about the law, but some non-derogatory explanations would have been nice.

Not only are Adam and Jill extremely friendly as people, but they can also be surprisingly aggressive when confronted with difficult attorneys and people on the other side.
