Julie is truly amazing at what she does…my friends and I (the “Rawhides”) have been vacationing together for the past 5 years and always have t-shirts and hats made for the occasion. For the past 4 years, we ordered t-shirts and hats from online companies, but this year we wanted to support local business and chose Kaleidoscope from a web search. I brought Julie some “fishing hats” that we had purchased in hopes that she could embroider our group name, where we were going fishing and bicycling this year and then include each of our nicknames. Julie worked hard and fast to meet the deadline of our trip (okay, I waited to the last minute). She came up with a fabulous idea for a patch on the front of the hat and then figured a way that she could put our nicknames on the snapped flap of the fishing hats. I wish that I could include a picture of her masterful work! I am a big fan of her work, we will use her for our future Rawhide Adventures and will recommend her to all our friends and families!

I called Julie the day before Father's Day and needed a name embroidered on a shirt for a person in assisted living. I was in her shop three hours later and waited while she worked her magic. I was looking to get some embroidered hats and only had a few days to make them. Julie got my order turned around in less than a week and I was thrilled with the hats!

We contacted Kaleidoscope on Friday with a rush job for an important photo shoot we had on Monday. We had the artwork but did not know what kind of hats to purchase. We spent a little time with Julie over the weekend, she helped us pick designs and colors. The hats were finished on time for Monday morning. Amazing. The service was fast, friendly, and fairly priced. I'm sure that they would do an excellent job for you too.

I called Julie on a Monday with a rush job involving two logos on director's chairs, shirts and a jacket for delivery by Friday. She provided a quote the same day and had sew-outs by Wednesday. All materials done on time and the quality was great. She even did some artwork cleanup. AND, her rates are great, as well. Highly recommended.

If you look at Julie's web site you'll see the slogan "Taking customer service to a whole new level". She really lives up to that and then some. In addition, her work is perfection personified. You just can't get better workmanship. She is the very best! I will be a return customer.
