The company was founded in 1960 in Seattle as Albert Kelly and Associates. It was later renamed Kelly, Pittelko, Fritz and Forssen and eventually became KPFF in 1976. The company maintains additional offices in Seattle and Tacoma, Wash., Eugene, Ore., Sacramento, San Francisco, Pasadena, Los Angeles and Long Beach, Calif., Phoenix, Denver and St. Louis.
