I have been a customer of ACS for 3 years! My A/C when out in July 2010 and I was home with my newborn and our Home Warranty Company would not help. ACS was the only company that made time to come out and fix my unit and help me claim it under my Home Warranty! 6 months later my heat went out and I called ACS. Not only did they fix my unit, but we set up a maintenance plan to come twice a year and inspect and test our unit. Last month we called them out due to our unit freezing up and constantly running. ACS recommended replacing our 21 year old system and sent out a Comfort Specialist to explain our options. Rob S. was very professional and answered every question we had. We purchased a new TRANE unit through ACS and a week later they completed the install! They had James I. come out 2 weeks later to ensure all our needs were met and our new equipment was working properly and efficiently! I recommend ACS to everyone I come across and wouldnt change anything about them!

I used this company to repair an issue with my unit which another company screwed up on install. These guys have the most professional techs and actually educated me on the before and after issue so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The techs are honest and up front when you ask them questions. I've been so satisfied with this company that I maintain my maintenance agreement with them every year with no hesitation! Very reputable!

They were by far the most professional company I have EVER dealt with. I will continue to use them & recommend them anytime I can!
