I just recently had a 2 mo stay at this facility and I was less then impressed with some of the staff, front desk and several nurses. The front desk did not know the proper procedure for discharging a patient. Poor job. Several nurses were rude and did not honor the privacy of other patients. Isn't there a law against that? Fortunately for these individuals with their short comings there were more staff members that made my stay bearable. Two in particular. I have several other complaints that I can mention but not enough space, except for one that I can't seem to let go of. There was an elderly women who was treated poorly by a few nurses. They were very rough by her and didn't believe she was in pain when they moved here. I believe in my heart of hearts those cries of pain were from the way she was being handled and scolded by these nurses. Other nurses she was fine, they knew how to handle the situation. Now, I pray for every night. Some nurses here are callous.
