      Staff was extremely unfriendly. Also keep an eye on your billing statement because they billed me for services they never performed.

      I went to another ENT specialist in RI and was totally not well taken care of. When to TI ENT Physicians it was like night and day compared to my pervious experience! I saw two different doctors and both of them were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and took very well care of me and my problem. I would recommend this practice to Everyone!!! They are so KNowledgeable and Kindhearted!!! I Thank Everyone in the Office as well...!! I am now able to hear and it feels Great....!! I ended up having surgery where Dr. Papsasian put tubes in my left ear to drain fluid caused by a plain flight. I suffered for over 3 months! He took care of me in a couple weeks and I am hearing Wonderfully again!!!! The BEST CARE!!!!!
