Went and got my pocket watch repaired. Everyone else told me it was no good anymore. It was my great grandfather's watch and I wanted it fixed more then anything. I thought I was at the end of my luck. Then the kid there was amazing. I was nice and friendly. He said he could get it done in 2-3 weeks, 6 days later I got a call and BAM it was done. Working perfectly. I highly recommended it. Ask for Van, he was really helpful for me. The older guy wasn't as talkative. They are now Quality Time Repair now.

Avoid this shop at all costs! Also known as "Quality Watch and Clock Repair" at the South Hills Mall in Puyallup, WA. Went in for a simple battery change with a Torgoen Swiss T-10 watch on 03/11/12 and they damaged my watch. I had the choice of several other vendors in the mall but chose to patronize the smaller "mom & pop" shop. The employee, who had no customers, rushed the job and scratched the case cover on my watch because he was too lazy to take the straps (to allow proper removal tool engagement). He returned the watch and didnt thinking I would not notice. When I pointed out the damage, he shrugged it off and tried to convince me that it should didn't really matter because it was on the back side of the watch. His rational "...most people don't care because it's on the back side of the watch and not noticeable." He offered to try to buff the scratch off but stated that it would take a couple of days. He had no customers and was so bored he was surfing the internet when I walked up. I agreed and he placed the watch in an envelope, without even filling out the labeling information and placed the watch in a drawer. He returned to his laptop, without so much as an apology and resumed surfing the internet. Needless to say, I just asked for the watch back and considered it a lesson.
