Terrible... They didn't return phone calls and when they did show up they didn't fix it. Got a huge bill and had to call someone else... Don't waste your time or money.

They installed well pump at our house and it keeps breaking; it's under warranty but they refuse to come out & fix it saying they're too busy or just don't want to deal with it. We paid another drilling company $200 to come out; they agreed it's a new pump & tank under warranty so advised us to get Richardson to stand behind their work-- it's 90 degrees and we have no water for our animals!!

We paid another drilling company $200 to come out and look at it, they agreed it's a new pump and tank under warranty so they advised us to get Richardson Well Drilling to come back out and stand behind their work and parts. They now (2 women and one man "Rick") just hang up on us! I am absolutely STUNNED they think they can get by with this! All they say is "I'm through dealing with this" and no explanation other than an occasional "We're extremely busy... with 300 to 500 calls per month" Well they wouldn't BE busy if their parts and/or work wasn't JUNK! But their attitude is the JUNKIEST!! They need to stand behind their work or tell us how we can utilize the warranty if they are FOR ANY REASON refusing! We have been without water in 90 degree weather and have pets and farm animals-- this seems criminal of them to do!
