Very unprofessional! I gave directions on how to get here, apparently worker found my mailbox but couldn't find my house?? I only found that out after he still wasn't here two hrs after he was supposed to show! I had to pick up the phone and find out what was going on, I was told he'd still be there he never showed and when I tried to call and find out if and when they'd reschedule the moron in the office had taken the phone off the hook, wasted my entire day waiting on people that can't respect others time! Not agin, I would NOT RECOMMEND this unprofessional bunch to an enemy!!!

I woke up one morning to my water heater spraying water in the closet where it is located. Panicked I called Raeford Plumbing and they replaced it with an AO Smith water heater within 2 hrs of my call. They were very professional and courteous as well as favorably priced. I highly recommend this company and refer them often to friends who always report satisfaction. Next plumbing issue I have I will be calling Raeford Plumbing.

No Show / No call

I called Raeford Plumbing and made an appointment for September 16th between the hours of 2-4. I had not received a call by 3pm, so I called to verify my appointment and information. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and informed me that they were running a "LITTLE" behind. I said that was not a problem and asked when I could expect their arrival. I was told between 4-6pm. I said that was more than a little behind and asked if 6 would be the latest. I was told, "yes, 6 at the latest." I have waited from 2pm and it is now after 6pm. I have not gotten one phone call from this company to tell me they are still running behind or they can't make the 2 appointment times they gave me. This is very bad business and I will not recommend nor use Raeford Plumbing in the future.

GREAT WORK

These guys came out to my house and did a fantastic job on several plumbing repairs. One repair was major the others where minor. Great Work, Great Price. I will tell all my friends to use them. They are my plumbers from now on.
