i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended I went in Fred Anderson Toyota to get some information about the new 4runner. I was immediately greeted by friendly employees and put in touch with a sales rep. Unfortunately the sales rep couldn't provide me with the information I requested. As I exited the dealership, I was stopped by the finance manager who offered to help me. He provided the information I was looking for and even offered a great deal for my earlier trouble. But then I had to wait 4 hours to sit down with the finance officer to sign the paperwork. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on the lot, so they agreed to order the vehicle I wanted from a nearby dealer. The vehicle arrived in a few days and when I went to pick it up, I noticed their was a dent in the door and that my "new" car already had 500 miles on it. The dealership offered to fix the dent on another day, which I agreed. I returned and had the dent fixed and left the dealership. 3 weeks later I receive a

For the last year I have suffered continued misery. Shortly after purchase I began experiencing multiple and severe operational issues. Having immediately contacted them to discuss my concerns, the response was (verbatim): Tough Luck! In January this year the operations director admitted that MANY other customers have been told the same. They had my car in their possession for 4 weeks, and told me their "best mechanic" could find nothing wrong. At my continues insistence they took it to Leith who immediately found issues totalling thousands of dollars. Despite this, I am now being ignored by the fifth member of staff alleging they would help resolve the situation. I have never been so disgusted by an organization in my life - my experience over the last year has been that they are rude, offensive, unprofessional, negligent and malfeasant. My advice: buy a car from anyone except Fred Anderson.

My sales person was nice, but rushed as it appeared they did not have enough sales associates. I asked my sales associate if he could direct us to vehicles in a certain price range. He said they didn't have any vehicles in that price range. I ended up finding one myself after walking the lot. Once it came time to talk numbers I was given the price that was advertised on the sticker in the car. After going back and forth on my trade and the price of the car to be purchased four times I purchased the car. The next day I decided to go on to the Fred Anderson Toyota website to get picture of the car to send a friend. When I found the car on the Fred Anderson website I saw that the price online was $1,000 less than the price they had quoted me. I should have done better research, but I will definetly not do business with them again.

What a class act! This was the third dealership I went too in one day. The honda dealership on Capital had no vans ready to go and the sales guy just stood there waiting for me too talk. He could have cared less about my business. The Toyota dealership on capital treated me well but didnt have the selection. Walked into Fred Anderson and new this place was different. I was greeted at the front immediately. I had come on the lot previously just looking for a van brochure. Spoke with Mark Hedayet who gave me a 20 minute presentation on the vehicle I was interested in. Now I was dressed in jeans and a T-shirt and probably looked like I had $5 to my name. He treated me like a valued customer. Called him an hour prior to coming in on this day and he had a vehicle waiting for me up front. He was a total proffesional and really sold us on the Sienna. We had plans of just doing fact finding but ended up buying with confidence that we got a good deal. Should have come here first!

Great people. Great experience. I drive from Durham to have my Tundra serviced there

(1) We love our car, a 2005 Prius. (2) What other dealer has service from 7 am - 11 pm weekdays, plus Saturday hours, with free Starbucks in a service lounge that feels more like something out of Architectural Digest than a shop garage? Our absolutely only complaint is that the gate is locked on Sunday, so we had to leave our car in the driveway when we were towed in recently due to a failed water pump (another broken down car was already parked there). Small potatos. We also had to wonder why Fred Anderson (like other auto dealers) doesn't have Sunday sales hours ... in the 20 minutes we were waiting for our friends to pick us up, six cars parked in the driveway so people could wander the sales lot.
