Such a disappointment! Started strong, then got bad fast. Left lights/fans on, damaged walls, FORGOT TO CLEAN ROOMS, didn't mop/scrub floors/master shower, etc. I noticed a couple of scratches on my fridge last month and immediately notified office. 2 weeks ago when I came home after a cleaning, I noticed the bottom freezer drawer was scratched (a lot!!) and dented! I had to call/text several times for Carlos (Owner) to come out and look. He cancelled the 1st appt., no-show/no-call the 2nd, then spent 2 mins when he finally came out. He denied his company scratching the fridge before he even saw it. The scratches are clearly from "rubbing" motions. He took a cleaner and rubbed it with a towel and said "See? No scratches". Then he had the nerve to blame my kids. His big selling point when I first hired his company was "If we break/damage, we fix!" Liar!! Carlos is a terrible business owner and I want to warn everyone to STAY CLEAR of this company. They don't care about your property!

This is the worst service ever. They do not show up when they are supposed to and they do not even call. They break stuff and ram the vacuum into your furniture and make chips in the wood. They also broke my cold water handle in the bathtub and the blinds were broke too. When I wrote the owner he never responded. He is just interested in getting new business instead of doing the right thing and keeping his customers happy. Carlos has zero integrity and is only interested in the money. He also never checks his employess work. Stay far away from his company and his false promises. He does NOT deliver consistent service!!!

I have been using Maid Perfect for almost a year now and have been completely satisfied every time. The teams are always nice and pleasant to deal with. If anything, they always ask if everything is okay before they leave. They go above and beyond for what they charge. I'm very pleased with this cleaning company and will continue to use them.

The one star isn't even deserved, but there was no way to give negative stars!!! When they came to my house, they promised me everything but the moon. With my previous cleaner, I had experienced 2 major problems, them closing my cat up in the closet and breaking my shower door. So, I specifically asked them to be careful of those 2 things. First time in my house, I come home to the cat closed up in the closet trying to scratch his way out and a broken shower door. I call the cleaner that evening and she assures me the owner would contact me the following day. He didn't. I decided to let it go and try them one more time. I called on Wednesday to reschedule from one Friday to the next. Carlos, the owner, said someone would be there. I came home today to a house that hasn't been cleaned and when I called, he offered nothing, not we'll be by later tonight. can we reschedule for Monday morning? NOTHING!!!!!!! All I got was, I don't have you on the schedule. No offer of anything to make up for it. I told him I had company coming in and that is why I changed my cleaning date, not even so much as a simple, I'm sorry. I would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommend this company. Don't believe the rave reviews on Angie's list. They must be from employees or something because I got the crappiest service ever!!!!!
