Let's just say i had a bad experience. I first went in looking for a gun for my wife. I then found out that he did Dura coating. He quoted ne a price of $50 for the upper on my P89. I thought that was a good deal.... when I brought my gun in and decided to have the whole gun done i new it would be more, but I didn’t think it would be $75 more. I went with anyway. He told me it would be done by the end of the week. Just to confirm I asked Friday or Saturday, and was told Saturday at the latest. Well Saturday rolled around and to my disappointment it was not ready!! I was told it would be sometime next week. Well it was "done" on Monday and I went to look at it because he still wanted to shoot it to ensure it was functioning. When I looked at it the sight dots were missing, so was the safe and fire indicators on the gun, there are runs on the rear sights, and scratches on the gun from reassembly. What ticks me off the most is now my gun has a rattle that it never had before! I was told that he would do those tomorrow (Tuesday). I said great I will try to pick it up tomorrow (Tuesday) but would for sure on Wednesday. So I go pick it up today (Tuesday) and it was still missing those items listed above. No apology, no break on the price, no nothing just a crappy job on my P89.

Overall the service is good and they have the stock you would expect them to have. I would mark them 5 stars if they held an informal safety class for people who bought a new gun or walked them through the nuisances of how to load, clean, etc. This would be great for people just getting into guns.

Justin is great. He is very helpful and friendly and full of good information. He is fine with spending time and having answers for someone who knows nothing about guns. His prices are competitive and service is outstanding. Nice little store.
