I have been using Enterprise for many years, such as 20 years plus. This have been for when my car had to be repaired, due to an auto accident, maintenance, take long trips and vacations. Just recently I rented it and was in a hurry and noticed when I got into the car it had not be washed or cleaned from another renter. During my week rental, I had to wash the car and spent a reasonable about to do it. When I returned the vehicle I had told the rental representative of what I did and they stated, they will address this to make my experience and customer service the best. Once checked out the representative asked me what amount that I paid for washing the car and I told her and she deducted this amount from my weekly rental rate, too. I was very satisfied with the rental service and each employee at this site treated me very well with courtesy!

I rented a car from this Enterprise location in Cucamonga for the first time recently. I usually rent from the Enterprise locations in Upland or Ontario. Customer service was fine upon getting the car. I was greeted upon entering the store and constantly updated about getting me my rental car. But where the service excelled was when my rental car (Hyundai) died on me a couple of days later. I immediately called the store and they promised to deliver me a replacement within 30 minutes. I was skeptical that they would keep their promise but kudos to the lady who showed up with a replacement car (Chevrolet, thankfully) 28 minutes later. I would rent from this location again.

RUN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR BRANCH. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER BUSINESS ETHICS AND THEY DON’T CARE IF THEY CAUSE ENTERPRISE TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. I RESERVED A CAR RENTAL 2 WEEKs AHEAD OF TIME, WHEN I CAME TO MY RSVP TIME TO PICK UP MY RENTAL THEY HAD ME IN THE BRANCH WAITING 45+ MINUTES BECAUSE THE BRANCH MANAGER (Angelica Salazar) & THE RETAL CLERK ASSOSCIATE ( Zsanine Basil) THE ONLY THING THEY WERE CONCERN IS TRYING TO LOCATE A SEDAN CAR BY CALLING SEVERAL BRANCHES WHEN THEY HAD OTHER CARS IN THEIR OWN LOT. LOOKS LIKE THIS BRANCH HAS AN INCOMPETENT MANAGER THAT DON’T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THERE INVENTORY …THIS INCIDENT LOOKS LIKE IT REPEATS FROM PREVIOUS REVIEWS. THE ONLY EXPLAINATION THEY GIVE IS THEY CAN’T GIVE YOU THE OTHER CARS IN THE LOT BECAUSE THERE PROFIT MARGING WILL BE A LOSS IN A RUDE WAY. ITS SAD THIS BRANCH IS NOT CONCERN ABOUT PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS BUT ABOUT THERE PROFIT! LOOKS LIKE MANY REVIEWS ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH…NO SURPRISE. ENTERPRICE IS LOOSING VALUABLE CUSTOMERS DUE TO THIS UNSKILLED ASSOCIATES THAT NEED FURTHER TRAINING IN THE ASPECT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROVIDING QUICK SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS. ENTERPRISE RENTAL CAR CORPORATE SHOULD OPEN AN INVESTIGATION CASE IN THIS BRANCH AND FIRE THE MAIN PEOPLE THAT ARE UNSKILLED & INCOMPETENT FOR THERE DUTIES! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ENTEPRISE RENTAL CAR OR EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER ENTERPRISE!
