Provided by YP.comI have had only wonderful experiences with my dogs here. The staff are so friendly and wonderful with my dogs. Dr. Riddell is not only knowledgeable but also so compassionate with our animals. I highly recommend this facility for veterinary needs. I have been to many other vets and this is by far my favorite place to bring my beloved babies. Quality care and very friendly staff.

Provided by YP.comMy experience at Jordan Bay Animal Hospital is one I will never forget and haunts me everyday. I took my Siamese cat there to be neutered all was fine until a few days later he had one eye which was very red and inflamed I took him back to JBAH and Dr. Riddell did an exam and sent me home with eye ointment. Two days later Dr. Riddell called to tell me there was an outbreak of feline herpes at his office and that's what my cat had contracted. (Very poor disinfecting at that place)Not good since I had just purchased two new Siamese kittens and I have battled the infection ever since which is heartbreaking and expensive. It even gets better. My one yr old Siamese became pregnant. I was highly recommended and talked into by Dr. & Mrs. Riddell for the cat to have an abortion because she was much to young to have kittens. Thinking that Drs. know best I showed up for my appt. ( at a cost of $482.00) I was crying and reluctant to have the abortion. Mrs. Riddell the red head at the desk became upset that I didn't want to go through with the abortion and told me that I needed too since they had scheduled the time for it and that there were other sick animals that could have been seen. So I did. Imagine that kind of pressure. Those money hungry people should move back to Chicago and not be allowed to operate a Veterinary Hospital. NO STARS FOR DR. & MRS. RIDDELL
