High pressure sales experience and misleading ads and salesmanship. We visited to see about the $8000 discount on the Equinox that was advertised; and, didn't qualify. So we found a used LT on their website for around the discounted price we were able to afford. We looked the vehicle over with the salesman. I asked him if it had a remote start; and, he said yes. The online detailed description of the car said it included remote start, as well. We thought nothing of it, until we got home and noticed that the option is not on the key fob. I calmly brought it to the Sales Manager's attention; and, he said the General Manager would not give me the remote start that I was led to believe I had bought with the vehicle. They have lost my trust.

Easily the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere hands down. The pressure to buy at that moment was unbearable. 3 sales people and their manager all would not let us leave their store. They actually even held our car keys and were rude about handing them back to us. I asked several times for my car keys back (they had them from checking the VIN#) and was even told by the manager "what are you going to do about it" when they would not hand them back to me. If you feel like following my reviews check their facebook page, their twitter, and any TV news channels who will respond to me. This is a company that should not be allowed to deal with the public. Worst experience ever and I felt threatened inside their store in Raynham.

Stay FAR away from this dealership. High pressure rudeness to complete the sale, ignoring your requests for a specific vehicle, dishonesty, and intimidation are just some of the benefits you will get from McGee. PLENTY of other dealers on Rt. 44 and the area.
