My father went through them for many years for his car insurance. He was paying a little about $750 a year for his vehicles. This year he got his renewal and it jumped to $1050 for same coverage. He has no accidents or violations for several years. He called Farrarra and they said they would find out why the increase and look around for better coverage for him. They said they would call him back. A week went by and they never called him. My father called them after a week and they said "Oh yeah we did not really see anything better for you". "We also do not know why the large increase". They continued on to say that "perhaps your son can go on the internet and find a better price for you". EXCUSE ME. Is that not what you get paid for? Well I did go on line and found a hundred better deals. He now is paying $350 per year through Erie instead of Farrarra's $1050. Good reddance to the poor customer service
