I was in need of a Process Server in Berks County PA., and I found this firm. I called their office and the call was answered by a real person, not voicemail and my questions were answered in a very professional manner and I sent the process by PDF and it was served the next morning in Wyomissing, PA., After it was served I received an email with a photo of the location served, as well as a signed receipt showing it was served and signed for by the defendant. I am very pleased with this service and would use them again.

I have used many Process Servers and I admit that this firm is the most professional and has the best documentation informing the client of the service, and I was able to talk to a person from the start, not voice mail.

Horrible! This creep Ted Chase, over charged my credit card. After doing his job he sends me another bill for an even higher amount which was outrageous. After arguing with him about his unethical and horrible billing practices he said he was sorry. He tried to take advantage and he didnt get away with it! After the billing fiasco he then provided me with a garbage affidavit / proof that was for someone else's case! We argued for days about the affidavit and all he did was insist I was wrong, he said my affidavit "sucks" and made the entire process a mess. After four days of arguing I was finally able to get this creep to agree he was wrong again. He than provided me with a corrected affidavit which upon review had the wrong service date on it - Still wrong!. It is now day five and I still don't have an accurate affidavit. Ted Chase was horrible for me and I would never use his services and urge anyone who is considering him, to stay away as he is confused, misguided, unprofessional and should be avoided
