I asked for something short and stylish, but they gave me a buzzcut. When I told them I wasn't happy with the haircut, they asked me what my end game was and asked if I wanted to start a stubble mohawk. After I told them I wasn't happy with my haircut a second time, they still charged me the full price. I called the corporate office and they told me this location was a franchise so they couldn't help me. The owner has not gotten back to me yet. I checked the receipt but the only receipt they gave me was from the credit card machine and not the store receipt. If I got the store receipt, I would have added the stylist's name to this review. There was two women working on my hair as well. The first one messed up my haircut and the other one tried fixing it and ended up making it worse. I am very disappointed right now even if it will grow back.
