Again, thank you for choosing Mountain View Physical Therapy. We offer a variety of services to address the multitude of needs in our community. Give us a call if you have any questions about our services. INSURANCE: We accept most insurance and bill them as a courtesy to our patients. We are often preferred providers. Due to the vast number of insurance companies, we are unable to list all the insurance companies in which we are preferred providers and/or accept. Please call our office and our friendly receptionist will confirm our participation in your insurance plan and verify your physical therapy benefits.
