      The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe opened in 1998 with the goal of providing a unique and high quality product in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. We strive to use the highest quality and freshest ingredients to make sure your dining experience is phenomenal. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is owned and operated by brothers Scott Brandt and Eric Brandt. Scott graduated from Redlands High School in 1999 has been in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and Eric graduated from Redlands High School in 2001 and has followed with 15 years of restaurant experience. Scott was part of the original staff on opening day, January 9, 1998, and played an important role in the success of the restaurant over the last 20+ years. We hope to continue the tradition that was created 20+ years ago and continue it for many years to come.
