Dr. Pott and her staff are caring, kind,efficient and courteous. Dr. Pott is never too busy to answer questions or make recommendations, whether it's in person or over the phone.We recently moved out of the Los Angeles area to Tri-Cities, Washington, and when i called for recommendations, Dr Pott came on the phone immediately.We will definitely miss taking our Rottie to this facility.
